Say Safe provides a resource for reporters* to submit a web-based form to voice concerns or provide feedback without revealing their identity. Web-based reports are anonymous unless the reporter elects to share their contact information.

Confidential reporting via voicemail or texting to the Say Safe telephone number is not completely anonymous as the system will show the number from which the call or text came; however, this information will not be provided to the employer and is known only to the Say Safe representative.

Say Safe provides a safe place, free from retaliation or bias, where workplace issues can be brought to the attention of the employer in order to create a better environment for everyone.

This site is a resource to report concerns and feedback. It is not to report an emergency or imminent danger. If you need immediate assistance for an accident or injury, please call 911.
