Say Safe allows you to report information in three ways: through an anonymous web form, through an anonymous recorded voice mail, or via text message. Your information may collected and scrubbed of any identifying information and then added to a tracking document available to your employers for their review and follow-up actions.

The only time an individual's name will be shared is if the individual provides that information and consent. Our goal is to provide privacy and confidentiality.
